Our replacement policy last 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must photograph any material defects and any packaging damage and attach the photos to your email.
Replacements
Once your email is received and review, we will notify you regarding a replacement and provide you with an address for your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
